The Customer Centricity World Series is a prestigious event that celebrates and honors the most Customer-Centric Organizations worldwide. In 2023/2024, the awards will take place as a hybrid event in Dubai and online, offering a fantastic opportunity for GCC companies to be part of this global recognition.
The newly introduced Employee Wellbeing category will acknowledge organizations that have implemented effective programs to promote employee health, wellness, and work-life balance.
